Once the order is placed, the order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. The client may expect the delivery within 5-15 days of placing the order.
The shipping charges for all orders will be calculated at checkout based on the product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
On special offer days, we may ship all orders across India for free.
Upon shipping your order, you will receive a confirmation email along with the tracking ID.
We request you to ensure that an authorised person is available on the day of delivery to receive the order at the provided address. Please add any additional information/instructions/alternate phone numbers to make the delivery process smoother. Our delivery executive will make a reasonable number of attempts to deliver your order. If unsuccessful after the specified attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address and/or phone number, or if an alternative address (within the same pin code) is not provided and we are unable to reach you within a specified time frame, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, your refund will be issued to the original payment method after deduction of any applicable shipping charges. For COD orders, please provide account details for refund.
There might be some delay in the delivery of your order due to natural calamities or acts of nature.
