Return & Exchange Policy

No Exchange/No Return Policy

We believe in a No exchange/No return policy. However, we understand that sometimes you might want to exchange or return your products, and we will do our level best to accommodate your request as we want you to have a pleasant experience with us.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

We accept return/exchange requests only under specific conditions:

  1. Timeframe for Request
    • The return/exchange request must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.
  2. Criteria for Return/Exchange
    • The product received is damaged or has a genuine manufacturing defect. Please attach an uncut unboxing video and picture along with your return request.
    • The products should be completely unused and have all the tags intact.
    • Returns/exchanges will not be accepted for customised orders.
  3. Damaged or Incorrect Product
    • If your parcel gets damaged in transit from our end or a damaged product has been sent to you, we will send you a fresh piece at no extra cost.
  4. Limitation on Return/Exchange
    • No return/exchange request will be accepted after one exchange has already been done.
How to Request Return/Exchange

Once you ensure that you meet the above criteria, please contact us at contact@homearina.in or message us at +91 8454933959. Mention your order ID and attach the product picture/unboxing video to help us understand the issue. We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days.

Return/Exchange Logistics

After your return/exchange is accepted, please note that we might not be able to arrange for a return pickup for certain pin codes. In such cases, you will need to arrange for a dropback courier to our warehouse yourself.
